Year started with ReCPro: 1985

Career Path:  Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree from Alma College and oversees many of the day to day operations of the company including accounting, finance, HR and product release scheduling.  He and Dale Geiger purchased R.C. Systems from the founder Ron Cummings in 1998.

General Interest:  Chris is married and has 2 daughters.  He enjoys the fitness club, family activities, sports, games and movies.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?  Take a European tour so my wife can show me the many places she has seen and loved.

Year started with ReCPro: 1993

Career Path: Dale graduated from Central Michigan University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science – Business Administration Degree and has since been employed by R.C. Systems, Inc.

In 1998, Dale and Chris Andrews purchased the company from the founder, Ron Cummings.  As the Vice President of Sales, Dale’s role with the company is primarily leading the sales team with trade shows, demonstrations and proposals.  Formerly a software developer, Dale also plays a role in the design and implementation of new features into the ReCPro™ product.

General Interest: I enjoy golfing in the summer and snowmobiling in the winter.  Spending time with my wife and 2 sons and watching them play hockey, baseball and basketball.  I also enjoy competing with my friends in Fantasy Football every fall.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go? Anywhere in the Caribbean

Year started with ReCPro: 2004

Career Path:  Aaron started out creating software for property security management companies and transitioned into network administration.  When he joined ReCPro™ he moved back into software development and now utilizes both skills sets as a manager.  Aaron has a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science.

General Interest:  He is married with 2 children and is passionate about photography and riding motorcycles. 

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?  Scotland.

Year started with ReCPro:  2008

Career Path: Sandra started off as a graphic artist / proofreader and then moved into the printing industry, publishing and writing manuals. In 1996 her career transitioned into the role of software trainer.  

General Interest: She enjoys her family, friends, and opportunities to be creative in photography, writing and art.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?  Cape Town, South Africa.

Year started with ReCPro:  2005

Career Path:  Ed has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Grand Valley State University. 

General Interest:  He loves God, the Bible, his wife and kid.  He likes helping those who are less fortunate.  Ed enjoys video games, motorcycles, photography, movies, basketball and Japanese anime and manga.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?  Japan and Africa.

Year started with ReCPro:  1992

Career Path:  Kevin has worked in the computer industry since 1986 servicing a variety of businesses throughout his career including manufacturing, automotive, doctors, lawyers, churches, financial and recreation.  He has a Bachelor’s degree from Walsh College.   

General Interest:  He enjoys spending time with family, friends and enjoys playing volleyball, working on home projects and spending time outdoors. 

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?  Punta Cana or somewhere in the Caribbean.

Year started with ReCPro:  2011

Career Path:  Kevin began working in the automotive industry responsible for EDI system integration, while learning software and website development.  This led to a full time position as a software developer and part time systems integration specialist. 

General Interest:  Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, boating and sports.  Kevin has played soccer all of his life and will probably continue to until his body decides it's had enough! 

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?  In the future, I would like to travel throughout Europe and see as many countries as possible.

Year started with ReCPro:  2011

Career Path:  Xava graduated from Davenport University in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and has also worked in the healthcare industry.   

General Interest:  He enjoys playing football and volleyball, spending time with his family and friends and playing around with computers. 

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?  I would like to ride the gondolas in Venice, Italy.

Year started with ReCPro:  2011

Career Path:  Brian is a Microsoft certified technician and has been working in tech support as well as a customer service representative.  

General Interest:  In his spare time he enjoys playing basketball, mountain biking and golf.
